Show Boxes

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own Show Boxes for the Show. We use Medium Sized Kritter Keepers with black tops.

If you cannot find or order boxes with BLACK tops, then you may use Krylon Fusion Gloss Black paint, #2421, or any other black gloss paint that will adhere to plastic. Please spray ONLY the colored plastic lid. Remove all clear plastic parts (window at the top, handles and clear plastic bottom) before spraying, and do not replace them until the paint is dried.

You will need one Show Box for each rat you will be showing simultaneously (in the same class.) Show boxes may be reused for multiple rats in other classes.

Bedding will be provided by RFL to give each show box a uniform look. You will be given removable stickers with numbers when your rats pass health check. The number you affix to the outside (center of the clear top) of the box corresponds to your rat's number in the show catalogue.
